Grievance Form
Formal Complaints
Formal complaints can be made to the board by email (webmaster@empoa.net) or by sending a paper copy of the Grievance Form found below to a board member.   In most cases, the board can only address complaints on issues that pertain to a violation of the Covenants or a problem with one of the Subdivision Common Areas.   If you are unsure where your complaint should be sent, please see the FAQs/Complaints section of the site or feel free to contact the board.
